I would have to agree. I've made the first trips up to the attic and the mantle is decorated with crows, old books, and various jars and bottles. I'm starting on the village today. I've been to 3 Halloween stores and already bought a few things. Yep, I'm a weenie. The hubby is not a fan of Halloween, the ol "You kids get off my lawn" kind of thing. BUT ha ha...he promised that he would dress up this year, if he was home and not deployed/stationed somewhere else. Of course he only said this believing that he was going somewhere. He's not going anywhere. So I'm looking for a costume for him. I can't see him doing the traditional vampire or whatever thing and nothing too perverted...being a parent has it's downsides. Nothing too spooky either, he says he's not a fan of "booger movies". So I'm looking for ideas...
